ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, INCLUDING ORDERS USING A DISCOUNT CODE ON A SALE DAY, ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Face Masks

Face masks are non-refundable.  

Bodysuits/Bathing Suit, accessories, and white items are ALL final sale.

Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. We do not offer refunds. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout.

Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.

Your item must arrive back to us within 10 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.

Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number and email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original packing slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a credit.

The return package must arrive to us on or before the 10th day from when you received your order/initial delivery attempt.

Orders that are shipped free

Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Von Tique does not provide return shipping labels.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.

REQUEST A RETURN
Before starting a return, please make sure your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 10th day will be sent back regardless of approval.

Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are at the customer’s own expense. On your parcel please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form, which is provided by the local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. Failure to do this will result in you being liable for the customs costs.

Original tags, including Von Tique tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
